The Terms and Conditions below govern the relationship between you, the client, and us, TRIP IN INDIAA. By booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All details contained herein are, to the best of our knowledge, correct and it is in good faith that we have published them These terms and conditions are applicable to the usage of the (“TRIP IN INDIAA)” by you. The website is for your education and information and is also used by us to obtain feedback with a view to providing information and services with respect to the tour, travel industry. Disclaimers Related to the Service we offer. We help you get connected with various vendors in travel industry for taxi, hotels & anything other required in the travel which is requested by you. We also connect you to travel agents, tour operators, companies which are offering service that you might be interested in to purchase. We can only be called a medium of contact between you and various services providers across the country. However, we do not guarantee any of such service from any of our vendors as we do not personally verify their identity, we will try to collect the identity & other contact related information so that you can reach them in case want to contact however we do not take any responsibility of the information to be authentic in any manner or in case of our inability to provide any information related to the vendor. We work as a medium to pass requirement and services that you might be looking forward from us or you have raised an inquiry on our website or in our marketing network by filling up form online or offline, writing emails or a direct phone call to us. We recommend all of our users & customers to insure to perform a cross check on all possible information that they want before they purchase any service from any of the vendor we connect you to. Payments, Cancellation & Services Related Terms. Please read carefully our policies with which we are abiding you to our internal business processing system and if you continue to buy or use any of our service you are abide by the policies shown below. Payment Policies for Tour Packages 1-20% Payment of the package as token amount at the time of booking – This does not reserve any of your service but provide a package booking confirmation by TRIP IN INDIAA and it is non-refundable. 2- Second payment amount 40% of the package to initiate the booking process the hotels booking & taxi reservation only. 3- Third payment is required right after the reservation confirmation from TRIP IN INDIAA. 4- You (Client) need to pay 100% amount of your package before 7 days of your trip date. 5- While processing the service, we notify every customer for a payment due date through SMS or calls or emails, in any case if any customer is not paying the payment before the payment due date, in such case late payment fee will be applicable as per notification. Your successful and on time payments from you can make us enable hold a reservation for you for a limited time period and fully based on the terms of service of the reservation provider. A minimum of 80% payment is required to confirm your booking and to provide you the confirmation vouchers. We will advise you of the date when we need payments from you based on the requirement to facilitate your service. We may not accept bank Cheque as a method of payment. In case of partial payments, we will share the booking vouchers only after full payment is made. Any deposit from you is valid for 6 months only After full payment, the conditions of the contract with our supplier may permit them to increase the cost of your arrangements or because of non-availability, blackout-period or caused by any other reason. In such case, we will notify you for such increments to be paid to us. For more information on our policies please read our key policies listed below. Our services will include only those indicated in the Tour Voucher, Booking order or in the Service/Hotel Voucher. All hotel and resort bookings made in this site are all prepaid. Please note all preset itinerary emails and tour package plan sent by our executive could be promotional and preset in which name of hotels, route, schedules and services may differ depending on the real time availability of resources, weather condition or any of the other situation. Therefore, to ensure no issues in your travel a finalization by our booking team for such things will be considered to be processed further. Call us at least 10 business days prior to the travel date to amend bookings. Cancellation of the bookings will not be entertained and no refund request can be facilitated if not informed at least 10 business days before your travel date. Even if the cancellation is processed by us, we will not be in a position to get you the refund due vendors & suppliers involvement or may process a partial refund with charges. In case of cancellation due to any reason, if informed or not informed 10 business days before departure date cancellation, cancellation charges will be applicable as cascaded by our vendor, supplier & by us. In case of “No Show” (A condition where-in we are unable to contact you after continue attempt for 3 days to reach you through email or a phone call, wherein we will either call you at least once or send you an email) in such case there will not be any refund, 100% charges will be taken. In case of any urgent booking (urgent time period is anytime less than 7 days), we would only be in a position to tell you about the option available by us to be booked or reserved but do not guarantee satisfactory services. In the case of an urgent travel (any time less than 7 days) we do not guarantee the certainty for the reservation of your hotels, travel or anything else & in case of any extra charges are billed, we will notify you for such information and you need to pay such increments. Please note that we do not entertain any refund or cancellation request in case the travel date is within 25 days & no refund can be possible. In case of successful cancellation & refund requests, please note that this period may take 45 days to refund you the money. We need to receive from you, your original voucher before any applicable refund can be considered. After successful cancellation of the bookings, we will notify you the subsequent date and the amount that will be refunded. In case of cancellation, 30% cancellation charges by us & if any other by our vendors or suppliers charges are accumulated, will be applicable. We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions or resources availability to ensure smooth execution of tours. As a travel service consultant, we understand some un-certain issues during travel which are caused by nature, schedules, traffic, delay, disasters, natural calamity, accidents, theft, exigencies, medical issues or injury & death, anything other that can be called an issue in completing your travel from home to home TRIP I INDIAA tour package does not include Travel Insurance. We highly recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance of your own. In case of non-availability of resources, we will ask you change your travel date or plan your travel in a later date or if any way the travel is possible with higher charges then ask you to pay the difference amount. As an audit on quality service, any proposal or quotation from our side might get re-evaluated by our team to avoid issues during travel. In such case, the finalization of package for hotels, total price, taxi, flights, trains or anything else provided to you in package itinerary or quotation email will only be considered finalized once re-evaluated and approved by our team and in such case we will confirm you the changes in written. Reservation of hotels and other travel related services may face availability issues generally due to online inventory or blackout period, we may not be able to provide you a confirm booking in blackout period. Please note that air-conditioner in car or in hotel will not work in high hills or in winter seasons. If we are acting as your travel agent, we will pass on any such increase to you as we become aware of such increase. If we have arranged a package, changes in transportation costs including the cost of fuel, taxes, fees and exchange rates mean that the price of your travel arrangements may change after you have paid in full. If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the TRIP IN INDIAA is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance amount is refundable after cancellation and booking charges. CHILD POLICY:- • Children below 9 years are complimentary in parent’s room without extra bed • Children above 9+ years will be charged as an adult. PREPONE AND POSTPONE For postpone/pre-pone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be informed us at least 15 days prior and only in the case where we have not initiated to any booking with which postpone/pre-pone charges may apply which will be notified at the time of communication with company depending on the vendor or supplier charges or availability. Our Privacy Policy & Indemnity You may refer to our Privacy Policy on the website. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TRIP IN INDIAA, and its officers, employees, agents, and any third party information providers to the Website, from and against all claims, actions, proceedings, expenses, damages and liabilities, which are the result of, or are in any way related to your use of the website. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law TRIP IN INDIAA makes no warranty that this site will meet your requirements, the service or this site will be uninterrupted, the results that may be obtained from the use of this site will be accurate or reliable, any information or other material obtained by you through this site will meet your expectations and any errors in this site will be corrected. These terms and conditions shall be governed by Indian law and the courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in all matters arising out of or in connection with the use of the website by you. We shall not be liable to you for any special, consequential, incidental, and exemplary or punitive damages, or loss of profit or revenues. We are also not liable under any circumstances for damages arising out or related in any way to your inability to access, or your difficulty in accessing, the website. All content and information provided by TRIP IN INDIAA either through the website or otherwise is provided to you without warranty of any kind either expressed or implied, with regard to the merchant-ability, technical compatibility or fitness for a particular purpose with regard to any service, products or material provided by or through the website. We shall not be liable under any circumstances for damages arising out of or in any way related to products, services and/or information offered or provided by third-party vendors accessed through the website or by any other means.
